Because of her love of science and anatomy while an undergrad, Cassie knew she wanted to work in the medical field. After babysitting for a young man that had a rare disability and taking him to multiple therapy sessions, her choice was confirmed and her future course was set.

Cassie worked her way through Oklahoma Panhandle State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and in Athletic Training. She was later awarded a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center. She played college basketball at the University of Northern Colorado and Oklahoma Panhandle State University.

Cassie has focused her practice on the geriatric population which she’s worked with for over a decade. The best part of her job is getting to know the patients and their stories.

Should you run into Cassie outside of work, she’ll likely have a camera in hand as she loves photography as a pastime and may be fixing up old houses in the future.
