Amy comes to Guymon Physical Therapy and Wellness as a graduate of Brown Mackie College in Salina, Kansas, where she obtained her Associates Degree. She worked in a skilled nursing facility for many years where she found the motivation to complete an RA program which ultimately lead to her becoming certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Her impetus stems from enabling patients to return to or attain close to prior levels of function from her efforts. “The rewards flourish in watching people be able to live their lives to the fullest where hope was slim-to-none."

Amy would devote her efforts to animals were she not working with people. She finds enjoyment in reading and geocaching amongst hanging out with her daughter.
